DEUTSCHLAND DOES NOT SAIL.

THE BREMEN OVERDUE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received July 25. 12.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 24. There are conflicting reports as to why the Deutschland has not yet left. It is stated the consignors are endeavoring to insure a large shipment of bullion, and also that the vessel is awaiting the Bremen, which is more than a week overdue. There is some anxiety as to the fate of the Bremen. A New York cablegram, dated July 14, stated: — Every pound of the Deutschland's return cargo of rubber and nickel is stored on the pier. It is all m small packages for ready storage m nooks and corners aboard the submarine. There is no real reason to delay departure, so it is believed that the vessel may start boldly down the bay almost any night. It is definitely established that no Canadian nickel is going aboard the vessel. The work of loading began to-day, and will be complete on Saturday night.
