A TREACHEROUS LEADER.
LONDON, May 31. Sultan Alidinar of Darful (who was at the head of the recent Sudan rising) was a prisoner of the Mahdi in 1898 and was released by Lord Kitchener. He ascended tbe throne in 1899.
