GERMAN PREPARATIONS IN THE EAST.
MOTORS FOR MESOPOTAMIA. (Received January 24, 10.20 a.m.) ROME, Jan. 23. The Tribuna's Athens correspondent states the Germans are concentrating three thousand motors at Constantinople, supposedly for Mesopotamia, and arealso amassing enormous quantities of material, floating mines, and submarine parts at Badgad.
