GERMAN MARK DECREASING IN VALUE.
LONDON, Jan. 22. Germany is concerned at the fall m the value of the. mark m Holland and Scandinavia, and is sending a committee of German bankers to Holland to endeavour to brace up the value. Meanwhile the value of the mark continues to decline.
