MUTINIES ON WARSHSPS. BUDAPESTH, Jffte-22. Tlie 28th Regiment of Czech^lnfantry refused to fight m the recent Carpathian battle, and officers and men threw down their arms, saying they would not fight their Russian brothers. The Emperor ordered the regiment to "be disbanded and its flag burned. An order was published m tlie Aus-tro-German armies announcing the revolt, which was described as nigh treason. Nearly every man m the regiment was arrested, together with a number of Czech leaders. > ANTIVART, June 22. t Numerous mutinies have broken out on Austrian "warships, and several Italian-speaking sailors have been hanged at the yardarm.
