BREAKING THE GERMAN WAVE
(London Times inul Sydney Sun Services) LONDON, June 22. The Times correspondent at Warsaw says that ( General A lexieff, who 1 commands a force twice the size of the British and French armies, and who is credited with the keenest Wains m the Russian field armies, maintains the opinion that Russia can stand her losses almost indefinitely, and is willing to accept the burden of breaking the German wave until the Germans have reached the limit of their strength, when the time M-ill arrive for the Russian advance to begin.
