(Received May 29, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, May 28. There is jubilation m Germany at the sinking of the Triumph. The Berliner Zeitung forecasts that the Allies will be unable to maintain the Dardanelles campaign. It asserts that British losses at Anbuirnu wero so heavy tbat they were compelled to ask for time to bury the dead. Captain Persins, m. the Tageblatt, hints that the submarine torpedoing the 'Triumph travelled from tho North Sea. to the Dardanelles.
