(Received February 5, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 4. ' The official "Eye-Witness" writes : The intense hatred entertained for Eng' land is betrayed m letters found on dead Germans. On written at Mulheuu refers to the long-legged Englishmen and says, "This damned pack is to blame for- everything. When transported m cattle-waggons they are treated too well. They should be put against the wall. You say you have matte six hundred prisoners. Make them all into mincemeat, they have earned nothing better. They are a fearful hot lot and most of us are falling- Everyone called out "The damned English, what are "they doing to our prisoners?" \Y> treat the swinedogs so well. A train was to arrive with 340 English and only brought forty. The .commander said he did not know where the rest were. 1 know better. Tiiis is what all should do."
