FOUR REVOLUTIONS RAGING. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) LONDON, July 9. Four separate revolutions are raging at San Domingo. The United States Government is considering the necessity of intervention. Borda's Government, is unstable, and there is much fighting. Warships have been dispatched as a precautionary measure. American plantations are imperilled.
