Senator Millen, interviewed regarding the visit of the Australian fleet to NeAv Zealand at the end of the year, said he Avas unable to- find definite dates until Ncav Zealand's reply Avas received as to Avhat ports they Avished the vessels to touch at. The fleet Avill leave New Zealand,, accompanied by the navy ships now m those waters, proceeding to Hobart for tlie annual battle practice. ' Regarding the training of NeAv Zealand cadets Senator Millen stated he was j awaiting information as to how far the building accommodation for tho tern- 1 porary educational instructional staff at j the Naval College can adequately meet the additional demands created by NeAv j Zealanders. Before a final decision is arrived at the Minister is anxious to meet tho Avishes of the New Zealand authorities . m this mattter.
