Boats were driven from, their moorings and wrecked, and the crews are missing. (Received May 29, 9.15 a.m.) A heavy gale swept the Riviera coast. Fifty fishing boats were .sunk, and eighty are reported to -be missing from Toulon. . Much damage was done to the parade at Nice. Several fishing boats foundered at Ajaccio, with, loss of life.
