CENSURE MOTIONS.
(Press Assn.—By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received Sept. 4. 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 4. In the House of Representatives Mr Frazer launched another censure motion against the Government. He gave notice of motion, "That the action 'of. the Attorney-General, Mr Irvine, m determining to hold a retaining fee from the Marconi Company, now m litigation with the Commonwealth Government, has violated the code of rules laid down by the British Prime Minister providing that Ministers ought not to enter intc any transaction whereby their private pecuniary interest may even conceivably come into conflict with public duty, and that such action is detrimental to the best interests of the Commonwealth.
It is understood that the debate on Mr Fisher's censure motion Avill be finished to-night, and that Mr Frazer's Avill be taken on Tuesday.
There is an arrangement betAveen Mr Cook, the Premier, and the Opposition av hereby the censure motion on Mr Frazer Avill be disposed of m one day.
