BULGARIA AND ADRIANOPLE.
(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) VIENNA, Sept. 2. Bulgarian offers Turkey the greater part of Adrianople, reserving Karagalch and Kirkkilisse. Bulgaria also demands the razing of the Adrianople fortifications, and the cession of a strip ten kilometres east of the Maritza giving protection to the railway following the river, which Bulgaria intends to make navigable from Adrianople,
