Very keen interest is being taken m the Bible m Schools meeting to be held m the Early Settlers' Hall .to-morrow evening. Mr John Caughley, M.A., headmaster of the West Christchurch District High School"! and ex-president of the New Zealand Educational Institute, will reply to the statements made by Dean Fitchett at his' recent Garrison Hall meeting at the invitation, of the Otago Educational Institute. Dean Fitchett will .-he allowed half an hour to reply to M£r Caughley, and if he see fit to cross-examine him, Mr Caughley will then deal with-'the question of the taking of a referendum. Mr Caughley is superintendent of a large Sunday-school,- has for many years taken an active interest m religious work, and at this meeting is representing the New Zealand Educational Institute.. .
