SCIENCE OF LOVE.
LONDON, April 19. A high school for matrimonial science, or, to give it its sonorous Teutonic title, "Hochsc'hule der "Heiratwisf.enschaften," has been founded at Munich by Professor Dr. Walter Hassall. Dr. Hassall hopes that Avithiii a month's time the academy ! will number 500 students of both sexes. ihese, on completing their course, Avill be aAvarded diplomas as teachers of love, and Avill be expected to travel the length and breadth of Germany in '^order to make an active propaganda in favor of marriage. The curriculum at the high school will include lectures by specialists on the dangers of flirtation and the beauties of "all-sacrificing loA r e." ]sxperts in zoology and biology Avill illustrate their instruction by means of cinematographic displays, and Avill explain the interesting laAvs of. affinity and soul attraction and repulsion. Special courses Avill be held, at Avhich the ideals of love will be instilled into the souls of rebellious subjects; Avhilej the problem of preventing the flight of love after the disillusionment of matrimony AA'ill receive great attention. j
