| In the ease Marie Cbrelli v. George Gray, arising from an infringement of the rights of Marie Obrelli's "Temporal Power," a verdict Avas returned in favor of the plaintiff. An . inquiry was ordered into Gray's profits in order to assess the damages. Aj stay of proceedings was granted pending an appeal. ' ' ■
