GODFREY ISAACS AND THE PATENTEE. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) LONDON, June 3, During the hearing of the libel action against Cecil .;.-.. Ghesterton, Godfrey Isaacs was .sharply crossexamined with reference- to v his connection with, the St. ' David's, gold mines. The questions /were .apparently based on the allegations of Mr Lockwood, who is owner of the patents. Godfrey said that when Lockwood was dismissed he pointed a pistol at his (Godfrey's) head, and threatened to shoot him. Godfrey denied that he cornered Marconi shares. • (Received June 4. 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 3. At the trial of Cecil Chesterton, several company directors testified' as to Godfrey Isaacs' integrity and business capacity.
