-OORNISH FISHERIES DECLINING. 1 * London, April 30. 'A commission, reports that the Cornish fisheries are languishing. The boats, -with no other motive power than sails and oarSj have become obsolete, and at the fishing village of Hayle alone 800 of these cratt. are laid up and are; rotting iii the mud. The scene is described as being "a graveyard of dead boats. "
