Jud^.-e Cooper allowed Uillespie £5 10s for riling and,preparing an affidavit, and ordered- that advertisements be inserted for claims against the estate to be made within a certain period, at the expiration of the period the Public Trustee to be at liberty to act hi disposing of the estate to the relatives.
