At the /yidington live stock, market en* tries of were not so large as they have been of late, there being a consider^, able falling off m the yarding of store sheep. There was a good attendance. Store sheep again sold well, especially for better sorts, inferior being a little easier. Fat cattle were easier, and fat .lambs showed a sharp rise m consequence |of keen competition between two export buyers. Fat sheep were firmer by about i U per head. There was a good sale for pigs. Store sheep.— The range of prices was: Ewes,' 2-tooth (inferior to medium) IGs to, 16s Id, 2, 4, C and 8-tooth 12s to 13s, A, G and 8-tooth 12s 6d to 14s 6d, 4 and 6-tooth 14s 6d to 15s 6d, .6- and 8-tooth 14s to 14s 7d, better sorts 16s to 10s fld, fresh soundmouth sorts, good 14s 9d to 16s 2d, medium. 13s to 14s. full and failing mouths 0s Cd to ,lls, aged 7s to 9s 3d, and culls 5s 3d; lambs, forward rape sorts 13s, 3d to 14s, extra to 16s lid, good average stores 11s to 11s Gd, medium sorts 10s to 10s 3d, wethers' 4 and 6-tooth (very forward) 17s 6d to 18s' Id, A-tooth half-breds IDs 3d to 15s 4d. Fat cattle.—Steers made £7 10s to £11 10s, extra to £18 (passed), heifers £5 18s Gd to £8 7s 6d, and cows £5 to £9 12s Gd; beef made 21s to 29s per 1001 b. , Store cattle.— Fifteen to 18 months 1 sorts made £2 17s Gd to £3 ss, 2J-year steers £5 4s ffd, 5-year steers £0 to £0 7s, 3-year heifers £4 15s, cows 32s to £3 ss, and dairy cows made £3 10s to. £ll ss; Fat pigs.— There was; a medium entry of pigs. Choppers made 50s to 80s> heavy naconers 60s to 735, and lighter 50s to fV7s 6d (equal to 5d to sid per lb); heavy porkers realised 44s to 48s, and lighter 38s to 43s (equal to 53d to Gd per lb).
