AN OLYMPIC COMPLAINT. LONDON, April 30. There is much talk' m Germany regarding Britain's inactivity m preparing for the next Olympiad, which is to take place m Berlin m 1916. It is pointed out that it will, take her three years to bring her athletes up to the Olympic standard, even when she has found them, and while other nations are strenuously going ahead, Britain is standing still.
