FORGERIES CAUSE BIG FAILURES.

Forgeries by the cashier of the Nagoya branch of the Mitsu Bussan Kaisha, who fled after circulating bills of over £70,---000, caused the failure of the Saiga Electrical Company. The liabilities are £70,000 sterling. -V
