THE ALBANIAN REBELLION.
(Press Awn.— By Telegraph.— Copyright.) (Received July 17, 10.55 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, July 16. The Albanian rebels are estimated to number fifteen thousand well-armed men. Other accounts assert that the force is split into bands averaging two hundred, and unable to strike decisively, although ab^e to effectively -harass the Turks. The inhabitants of Uskub are panic-stricken, fearing, an attack. ' The situation at Prishtina is' grave. Turkish reinforcements are being, massed at Mitrovitza. ! •
