LONDON, July 15. Tom Mann, speaking at Wolverhampton, said that m" the event of the negotiations with the Port of London Authority failing, he would possibly call out the whole .of the transport workers m the United Kingdom. The transport workers' demonstration at Hyde Park developed into disorder, and the police were stoned from their horses and kicked. Eight arrests were made. (Received July 16, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, June 15. Many women and children were tramped on m Hyde Park during a stampede following the baton charges, and were treated m hastily improvised hospital camps. Mr George Lansbury, M.P. (a Socialist) was roughly handled. Several rioters have been sentenced to various terms of imprisonment up to two months. Owing to the attack on Tilbury railMay, troops are guarding the line. , Captain Tripper, of the Sailors' and Firemen's Union, asserts that the trans- . port workers are incensed at the nonunionists carrying firearms, and are now selling the remnants of their furniture to purchase weapons.
