105 LIVES LOST.
MINE; EXPLOSION IN OKLAHOMA. McCURtiN (Okilahoma), March i 23. - It is now believed that 105 lives were lost m yesterday's explosion at the.Sari.bois mine. Of 116 members of the : day shift, only eleven are known to be ■alive. The others are entombed, and the Government , experts and the mine officials are "of the opinion that all are dead. .Forty-three Americans are employed m the mines. The rescuers have located twenty bodies, all of which are ;so burned as to be unrecognisable; The explosion, which was due to coal dust, has extensively damaged the mine.^y
