The police have not yet been able to get on the tracks of "Dr." Milton Abraham, otherwise Sir Harry Westwood Cooper, the daring adventurer whose, exploits have lately created such a stir m this country. The 'father^ of Miss Anna' Milbrath, the hospital nurse, with whom the bogus baronet contracted a bigamous nrarriage at Oakland, has informed the detectives that his. daughter and Abraham were m Montreal on the 19th inst. Mr Milbrath says that this news was telegraphed to him by a son, who had received a post-card from his sister, statj: ing that she and her husband were on their way to England.
