STRIKE METHODS.

The secretary of the Labor Council, referring to the Melbourne employers' fund to protect, their interests, states: "it is suggested to retoirn to strike methods. The employers are relying on false support if they think that money aviU protect them m such a case. If there is a general return of strikes, they will not be the tame, protracted affairs of the past."
