ST. PATRICK'S SPORTS.

The General Committee -m connection with* St. Patrick's sports to be held, at Victoria .Domain .on Thursday met last night, Rev" Father Lane presiding. Haughie, will be arranged for the children, and a large quantity of toys and prizes provided for thin purpose. Children under 12 will be admitted to the ground free, and for those between 12 and 16 a charge of 6d will be made. Family tickets, to admit parents and children under 16 Avill be issued at 2s 6d each . The question of a course for the bicycle events Avas discussed, and it Avas decided to run them on the Victoria Domain, Avhere a special track is being prepared. Should there 1 not be eight nominations for- .events Nos 5 and 11 no race Avill take placed It has ban arranged that the afternoon train; Avhich usually leaves Gis-, borno at 3,45, Avill be delayed until 5. o'clock, and will stop at Stanley road crossing.
