(Special to Herald.) WANGANUI, this day There is perfect weather for the garden party to the visiting bands. Gisborne so far is weH represented m the solo competitions. Wilkinson was second m the soprano cornets, one point off Trnssel, of Warigdmiii Garrison ; Onsgrove, of Gisborne, was second m the baritone. Both win silver medals. Moms and Clayton Avere third respec 1 tivcly m the E Flat and B Flat bass solos. A,U the bands are now here, two of the A grade and eleven of the 1> grade.
