A special meeting of the Gisborne Harbor Board Avas held v this afternoon for the purpose of conferring with Mr F.VV. Marchant, C.E., 'regarding the ques--tion of , extending lG • breakwater. There; were present: Messrs J. Townley (Chairman), G. 'Matthewson, W. D. Lysnar, J. Clark, and J. 8., Kells.
