To be confinned on thc. 24th April, 1908.) RESOLVED that, in accordance with tlie provisions of Section 44 ol "The Counties Act, 1886," this Council hereby abolishes the Waikohu Riding, aa constituted on the Ist June, 1905, and in lieu thereof constitutes two new Ridings, be known as (1) Tbe Waipaoa Riding, which shall consist of -the Waikohu, Waipaoa, and Mangatu Road Districts, as defined in Gazette 52, Ist June, 1905, page 1339 ; and (2) The Waokohu Ridmgi . which shall comprise ' the Ngatapa '-:j|pp Iring district, a© defined in Gazette No. 95, 16th November, 1899, page! 2122 ; (3) that the Waipaoa Riding be represented in tlie Council by One' Member ; (4) that the Waikohu Riding be repxe 7 sented in the Council by One Member.
