SYDNEY STRIKE SETTLED.

PREFERENCE TO UNIONISTS. (Per Press Association.) SYDNEY, April 11. Tho strike is practically settled. The Merchant Service Guild stip tlaied that all steamers now out of commission are to be manned by members of the Guild, who will also fill vacancies as they occur.
