At East Cape this morning there was a fresh S. wind, blue cloudy sky, and heavy sea. Moderate variable winds and cloudy weather prevailed torday. A moderate sea was running at Napier, considerable ab Castlepoint, moderate at Cape Egmont, rough m Cook's Straits, considerable at Greymouth, and moderate swell at Oamaru.
