The Board set up a committee . to confer with the solicitor on the subject. ■ A lad of 15 years, named Cecil Heighi ton, was arrested by Constable Irwin this afternoon, on two charges of breaking ano entering two shops m town and stealing articles therefrom. It is stated that the boy was found last evening m a fruiterer's shop, helping himself. Arrangements are now complete for the appearance here of Blanche Arral on Wed- , nesday and Friday, May Bth and 10th. The box plans for both recitals will be ; opened on Friday morning; at 10.
