COACH ACCIDENT.

Later particulars of the coach accident m the Wairau river at Top Valley, 25 mites from Blenheim, show tliat the body of Frederick Waskett, 42 years, single, driver of the mail coach, has not yet been found. An inquest is proceeding on the bodies of Mrs Bonnington and infant. Bolton, a miner, the only other passenger, had a narrow escape. He floated about • twenty chains and was washed ashore, half drowned.
