THE LIQUOR BILL.

(From our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Liquor Bill will not be circulated till to-morrow, as it has to undergo a final revision at the hands of the Cabinet this evening. Lobby report says .that it is not quite so favorable to the "trade" as last year's measure. ■:
