MYSTERIOUS DROWNING CASE.

The bodies of a woman named Charm herlain. and three children were found floating m the Bay. The woman recent' ly arrived m the conntry,and was m R depressed state. The whereabouts of her eldest daughter, aged 13, are unknown, and it is believed she also has been drowned.
