HARBOR BOARD ELECTION.

(To the Editor of the Herald.) Sir, —Just a word. I shall have more to say anon, after, the elections. As an old public servant, I" have /unbounded confidence' in the intelligence of the electors to record their votes without Mr Lysnar's direction. I purpose, Sir, in the near future, reviewing some of the matters of public interest advocated by me for many long years, which, had they been given.-. effect to, would have been to the advantage of the. town.and district. And, lest I should be accused of trying to score off Mr Lysnar's indiscretion, I will leave the result to the electors on Thursday. —Yours faithfully, J. WHINRAY.
