SYDNEY, March 19. • The Sydney Morning Herald, referring to the Federal Commission, says the notion that New Zealand will best attain her national destiny in isolation is one that time will disprove. The Commonwealth or New Zealand must find themselves on converging roads. Abstention .from the CommonwealUi during the 'earlier periods would deprive New Zealand of influence and education in national government of the highest value.
