WIRE FROM THE AGENT-GENERAL.
Wellinotok, This day. The Premier has received the following cable message from the Agent-General : ' " British repulsed at every point except Arundel. "British total' loss, so far, inoluding disease, 7700. " Dntcb element in Bechuaualand northeast of Cape Colony, and north of Natal, join the Boers. " European Press hostile and jubilant. "Roberts and Kitchener proceed to the Cape. " Further reinforcements of 50,000 men."
