RESULT OF THE BALLOT. A ballot for the fourteen sections and three small grazing runs situate at the East Cape took place at the Land Office, Gisborne, this morning, under the supervision of Mr L. Smith, Land Officer. Mr G. Matthewaon, metnber of the Land Board, was present. The following was the result of the ballot : — Section 3, Block 1., Waiapu, James Knox, Port Awanui, 8 applications.
