\ London, Nov. 4. The War Office has consented to allow the colonies to nominate two extra officers per hundred men sent to South Africa. Thirty-five" militia battalions have been ordered to be embodied. (Received Nov. 6, 9.50 a.m,j London, Nov. 5. Three more battalions of British militia are being embodied.
