The Court of Cassation confronted several ex-Ministers and Generals, comparing their conflicting testimony in the Dieyfus case. (Received Jan 23, i) a.m.) The Court of Cassation has received information regarding persistent treachery in ISO 4, which, however, does not affect Dreyfus. It is stated that the delivery of documents to a foreign Power will probably necessitate a change m the mobilisation plans. (Received Jan. 23, 9.10 a.m.) Jan. 22.— 1n the Chamber of Deputies M. Delcassfi denied the existence of a letter relating to Dreyfus either from or to Herr Kluber (German), forged orunforged.
