SCHOONER ASHORE.
• Nelson, to-day. The steamer Charles Edward reports that the schooner Sir Henry went ashore Wednesday night. She has 100 tons of produce from Lyttelton for Greymouth. The steamer made several attempts to tow her off, but the line broke and she left the vessel high and dry on the Spit. The steamer returned last night to mako to make another attempt.
