COURT OF CASSATION FAVORS DREYFUS. A' DISSENTING MEMBER RESIGNS. Electrio Telegraph- Copyright— United Press Afeoclat on. Paris, Jan. f). M. Daurepaire, President of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, has resigned, it is believed owing to a disagreement with the Maitre Bard, who drew up a report on the Dreyfus case. A new Parisian League, under the title of the National Union, has pledged itself to respect the Court of Cassation's decision in the Dreyfus case, to maintain army discipline, and promote national pacification. Numerous politicians, members of tlie University, and business men are joining the Union. (Recieved Jan. 10, 12.30 p.m.) M. Daurepaire complains of irregularities in the Court of Cassation enquiry. He intends to protest against the decision of the Court now being prepared in favour of Dreyfus.
