This is the second largest structure ' recently erected by the army. Mr Sayers, the late Government dairy expert, his been succeeded in the position from which ho resigned by his brother, Mr. James Sayers, manager of the Wyndham Dairy Factory, which haß been very successful in dairy competitions, especially with cheese. The general manager of the National Bank has received a cable Btating tbat the directors have declared a dividend of five percent., and place £20,000 to tho reserve' fund and carry forward £4500.
