THE OUTBREAK EXTENDING. • Capetown, June 20. ' The new outbreak in Mashonaland is spreading rapidly and the position is serious owing to the isolation of the homesteads. So far nine white people have been murdered. The Muzoe settlers have been ordered into the laager at Fort Salisbury. . The Chartered mounted men, and also 200 of the Cape mounted men, have been ordered to proceed to Mashonaland via Beira, Beale's and Spreckley's columns have been ordered to Fort Salisbury and the Imperial troops at Mafeking proceed to Macloustie. • ■">.- June 21.— The Matabele are said to bo poisoning the wells of water.
