COLONIAL BANK LIQUIDATION.
Dunedin, to-day. In Chambera permission was given to withdraw the summons to allow Mr Brown to peruse booka and documents in possession of the Official Liquidators of the Colonial Bank in connection with the recently proposed sale of certain assets of that institution. Mr McGregor, in making lhe applicai ion, said it was now the duty of thu Bank cjf New Zealand to wind up the J. G. Ward Association, aud as the documents were now in Lho hands of tho liquidators, he asked Mr Justice Williams to order the liquidators to make over all the documents, etc , as provided by Rule 59. Tho judge Eaid he did not think think the rule included all documents. If anyone was aggrieved and could uot get information, he was to apply to the Court. The question of costs in the recent case were put off till Mr Young's representative was presont.
