WHERE DOES MR CARROLL COMB IN? (Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, to-day. I think it may -be taken for granted that no additional member will be oilled to the Ministry and that there is no intention of appointing an Attorney-General. Mr Ward's salary will probibly be apportioned between the Hon. Mr Walker, who will be Minister of Education and Colonial' Secretary, and tho Hon. T. Thompson, who holds the portfolio of Minister of Justice.
