SEVERE FIGHTING AND GREAT LOSS OF LIFE. Havanna, June 15. Gomez, tho leader of the insurrection against Spanish rule, at the head of a force of 5,000, attacked the forces under the command of General Castellano, but after many hours fighting was repulßed with a loss of 500 killed und 100 wounded. News has been received that an Amerjoan filibustering expedition, with largo quantities of dynamite, has sailed for Cuba.
